You take a deep breath and should "BALHOOM".

The dog squeals and runs madly about. Blood starts to pour out of its ears. Its eyes go green and it foams at its mouth.

Suddenly you hear a rumbling noise and the ground by the dog moves. Then out of the ground bursts a giant green scaly hand with red fingernails and slime sliding down it. Quickly it grabs the dog. The dog shrieks as it is slowly crushed.

A booming voice says "WELCOME, STRANGER. DO YOU LIKE THE SPECIAL EFFECTS. I THOUGHT THE HAND AND THE DOG BEING CRUSHED WERE VERY GOOD!"

Slowly the hand goes back into the ground. There is silence. You see a manhole cover.
